Text-to-speech (TTS) is the ability of your computer to play back written text as spoken words. Depending upon your configuration and installed TTS engines, you can hear most text that appears on your screen in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Voice to Text is pretty much redundant in the age of Google Keyboard, Dragon etc. But for folks that would still like a simple, no-frills speech-to-text app that sends an email message based on what you spoke into the mic, this is it. Download this app from Microsoft Store for Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows Phone 8.1, Windows 10 Team (Surface Hub), HoloLens.
