You can insert an image into Word or a Word created email in Outlook but the defaults make it hard to add overlays. Adding an arrow or caption over the image. Look at this image and the arrow. - If you find Defective Fonts delete them ASAP. ***
- If And Duplicates Resolve Duplicate choosing to keep the newest versions.

* On Windows and other Operating Systems (OS) would be known as Directories.
On Mac Directories look and act like Folders. So they are called Folders.
** Validate Fonts, means to Verify that fonts are in good condition and alert if there is more than one copy.

Inserting a text box

Here’s a neat trick: You can turn the text in a text box on its side so that it reads from top to bottom or bottom to top, not from left to right. Create a text box, enter the text, go to the (Drawing Tools) Format tab, click the Text Direction button, and choose a Rotate option on the drop-down list.
